Ordered glasses a month ago. According to website total turnaround time should be 2 weeks to glasses in hand. Was notified this morning that now my frames are out of stock. Started a chat with customer service who REFUSED to answer my question of how long turn around time is and then he just ended the chat. Took 30 minutes of calling in to get to a real person to get around the bot then took quite awhile longer to just get a refund because they just wanted to give me store credit. Website very misleading on how long it will actually take. I am not willing to wait another month to see “in production” for weeks again. Don’t waste your time with them.

Horrible experience! Won’t be buying from them ever again!!They just stole my money. I keep calling customer service and all they tell me is that they will get back to me 24-48 hours and they never do and it’s been 5 months already. I’m done trying but will not do business with them again. Plus customer service people are very rude and think I don’t understand how shipping works.
