"I ordered clothes from this company"

I ordered clothes from this company. Definitely enjoyed and fit correctly. I did however ordered about 6 more pieces of clothing, NEVER RECEIVED!!! They said it arrived to my local post office. After doing much work to confirm…no communication, ZERO replies. I EVEN OFERED TO REPAY SHIPPING GET MY ITEMS. NOTHING!! Really???

"Pitiful Service"

I recently made a purchase from Broswear. Both clothing items would not fit. I tried to return with their refund window. They would not take them back for a refund. They offered me a 10% - 30% coupon off my next purchase. What kind of service is that.? I had to give them a star rating so I could write a review. I wish there was a category to give them a minus star. These guys are pitiful. Do ot buy from this site and pass the word.

This company quality of clothing is rubbish. You wait 2 months to come from China. Then order xl and get Childs size. When trying to return it is impossible. Stay away from this company.

Every time I write a review this company ask for my order number and when I send it to them I still do not get anywhere. I would like to revise my bad review but they just keep giving me reasons to write more bad reviews. I have never dealt with anything like this.

They replied to me here actually and said what’s your order number to fix this after I write a review .. meanwhile been exchanging emails with them for over a month and with no results, this is a a company with a Chinese address and doesn’t have an address in the US. They mentioned that you can return the products and on their shipping label, they put a New York warehouse address that’s not real and when I checked with the post office, they said you can’t ship to that address. Their return address is in china. Again, materials and sizes are off and doesn’t correlate with description and imagines online, basically this kid a Chinese scam and if you bought anything, money is lost .. broawear.com, prove me wrong.. order number BW00073186

Update: Broswear emailed me asking to delete the review so they can reimburse me for my order, literally frank bribe here. What a shady Chinese business

"SCAM"

SCAM. Do not order from this company. I ordered a large shirt and received a XL.
They refused to send me the correct size or refund my money.
They offered a $10 coupon. What a joke.

"Returns are almost impossible"

They are very difficult to work with in returns, making it almost impossible. The clothing is generally very low quality. They seem to be a reseller, so if you see something you like, take a photo of it and use Google Lens to buy it elsewhere.

Everyone this is a warning. Do not waste your money or your time ordering from BrosWear. I thought when I ordered my shirts I was gonna get good quality shirts. Opened my package and was very disappointed. They looked nothing like the stuff I ordered. Cheap quality, stitching showing outside of the shirt. Has a little tag on the back made in China with the size. The size is smaller than I thought. The biggest waste of money. I wish I had checked the reviews b4 ordering from this dump.

This is a scam. Ordered two shirts for my husband for Father’s Day. Took weeks to arrive and they are absolute garbage. Polyester, cheap junk. Nothing like the pictures or description. Tracking came direct from China. I emailed asking to return and they’re trying to sell me “it costs too much to ship back, please keep them and we’ll give you a $10 shop coupon” deal. No way! I spent over $60 on the two shirts. I don’t expect to actually get my money back. Please beware and DO NOT shop from this company. Learn from our mistakes!
