Brought my items once read reviews I email less than 12 hours and ask for my money back they ask me why I would like my money back after so many emails from me and a couple of days they respond back and say that they will give my money back but will take 15% because of processing fee I told them no I want a full refund because I cancel within 24 hours and I have email stating that my order has not ship so I’m supposed to get a full refund next thing you know they saying my order is begin process and that they will give me a 5 dollar coupon for inconvenience but still didn’t say that the items was send but still didn’t say anything about giving me my money back and probably not going to get any items from what these reviews are saying this company is nothing but a SCAM and I hope everyone read before ordering. I sent them their own policy showing them what they wrote and how they was wrong and I still didn’t get my money and probably no clothes either the way it’s looking Buyers beware and they don’t deserve any stars I just had no choice, not to long received a messages back to contact support but I have contacted them more than enough times and ask for my money back still no action are solution to this problem

Terrible. Product is shipped from China and clothing feels like sandpaper LOL. Customer service will not give you a return address and just keeps trying to offer a 10% discount code on future purchases and then ignores you when you say no.... i've tried 4 times. Company also deletes negative review on their website.

It took many many months to get my order. I tried to cancel several times but they did not respond until after they shipped it and now they say no returns after shipping. Pure scam!

Stay away. I am going to add this review to all boards I can find on line so folks are not scammed.

Took months to get my item and only shipped when i started asking for a refund. Once received it is NOT a sweatshirt as expected. It’s very cheaply made and the material is crap, not typical sweatshirt material. Contacted the company as it says returns are “easy”. They want pictures and upon digging deeper into their return policy - you pay shipping to return the item and once received THEY then decide if they will return ANY of your money. I don’t trust I will see a dime so I will likely call it a loss - which I’m sure is the reason their process is so unclear. NEVER again. I should have found these reviews before I ordered!

Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been trying to cancel an item for weeks, first they told me they would refund minus 15% and now today after many back and forth emails with me asking to refund my money, they responded via email with this:
"Dear customer, So sorry that the item you bought has been sold out. I also hope to refund you money. But I was informed that our company’s account has recently been frozen, So it will take a little long to wait for the refund. Our financial manager is trying best to deal with the problem. If it is convenient for you, I suggest you change another one. Some other similar items are also best seller in our shop，hope you can change your mind since waiting for the refund would take you more time."
Absolutely ridiculous and the most concerning response I have ever received from a company.

I HAVE 17 EMAILS EXCHANGED. INCUDING THIS MORNING. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED I DO NOT WANT TO PICK OUT ABOTHER ITEM. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

This company sucks! It took 3 months to receive a hoodie. When I finally did receive it and opened the package it was a cheap knockoff of a cotton hoodie.

It’s not cotton it’s some shiny/silky fabric.
There’s no tags on the inside of the shirt anywhere, not even the company name or logo. I’ll never order from them again

I placed order #BW00069577 in May of 2022. The shirts shipped within 10 days and arrived within 20 days, but when I opened the package the flimsy, horrible, poorly sized pieces of fabric were an embarrassment. In my opinion they would never be called "clothing" by an unbiased observer. The material was some kind of slippery, lightweight tissue paper.
