"Do not waste your money here!"

First of all, this site shows quality clothing & has a return policy. When the clothing arrived, the size was way smaller than it should have been. It looked to be able to fit a child, not to mention the quality of material was very poor. We contacted Broswear right away to try to return the items. They offered only a 10% discount stating that it “would cost too much to ship back to them”. First of all, don’t state you have a refundable return policy if you are not willing to take back the items for a refund. Second, the quality & sizing of the items from this store is very poor! Save yourselves & your $$$. DO NOT BUY from this store. It’s rubbish!

"Fraudulent Company"

Ordered 2 items Feb 5, emailed company on Mar 2. Response was that what I had ordered was out of stock. Then offered a 5$ coupon for troubles. They tell you to contact customer service takes days to get a response then won't discuss when you ask for a refund. Still have not received anything from them.

"Bogus"

I ordered 3 items from Bros Wear and it became a nightmare. First: it took 60 days (2 months) to receive 2 of the items I ordered. I still haven't received the 3rd item. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. ANY THING!
Second: the web site is bogus. Will not reply to your email.

"If I could rate this company a zero"

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. First the amount of time it takes for an order to arrive is ridiculous, over 7 weeks. The quality of the item is laughable, what was advertised and what I received are completely different. Beyond disappointed.

Frustrating company to work with I’ve been trying to cancel my order for days and they are really slow getting back to me they are only sending me one email day it was also told there is will a 15% “processing fee” to cancel an item that hasn’t even shipped I’m beyond pissed avoid at all cost

"$350 worth of dish rags"

I ordered 3 different winter coats. I spent $350 and received garbage. These things are so god awful I don’t know where to start. They’re falling apart, size way off & quality is just the worst I’ve ever seen. As a matter of fact, there is no quality. It too over 2 months to receive them as well.
When I called customer service, they refused to refund my money or take back the merchandise. They offered me a $5 coupon. With each email, it went up $5 more. Like I’d waste my time ordering something else anyway.
Total fraud, DO NOT BUY

Ordered Jan 24th. As of Feb 21st, order still pending. Customer service says orders take 15-25 business days. Very unresponsive regarding status. Never Order Here! Scam!!!

Do not purchase items from this website. The items will not look the way they do on the site. When I received the jogger suits I purchased, the material looked like rayon! It reminded me of something MC Hammer would wear in the late 80s! There is no way my son is wearing this mess. When I reached out about a return they asked for pictures which I found annoying. I return items and no one asks for photos. I had to send photos TWICE. Their suggestion was to keep the item and they will send a 10% coupon. REALLY? I don't want your coupon because I will NEVER buy from this site again. Their solution was garbage, about as garbage as the junk they sent me.

Put me on the list with those who didn’t read the reviews. I had moved before my package arrived(took a very long time). I asked for help locating the package numerous times and finally told to go to USPS. USPS said that the tracking number I was provided wasn’t their tracking number. Still no package or word from the company. Cmon make things right and send me a new item at my new address
