This company is a scam. They send out cheap knockoffs. The images on their site are false & the stitching is terrible.

Please do not order from this place. I ordered early in January and I just received my package last week Feb. 10th it took a month to get the item’s delivered with several emails to to check the status.
They informed me that item was not in stock and to pick something else, they eventually responded back confirming that they have the item back in stock. After receiving the item it was nothing like the picture and the size is not true I ordered XL when typically I wear a Large and it fit like a small. What a waste of money. The model and the clothing line on the web site is very deceiving, I am very disappointed and wish I can get my money back. I will chalk it up as a loss. In view of the reviews I see that replies are all the same with no compensation to fix the issue.

Shouldn’t even give one star. After ordering my shirt over 8 days ago, I kept waiting for an email to say it’s been shipped. They sure took my $40 right away and no response from emails. That’s a lot of money to keep scamming people. We work hard for our money and ur crappy automated responses are ridiculous on these review sights. Everyone is complaining wirh legit complaints and u guys think it’s ok to respond to each customer u have scanned lots of money from with the same response. Company should be shut down. I want my money back. I’m gonna flag it with my bank. How do they keep getting away with this. It’s sad too cause I have mental health issues and I loved what the product stood for. So sad people like u think this is ok.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM"

Yesterday, again for the 4th time when I complained they said the same thing, "we will check on it". I have made a report to the FTC, I have canceled my credit card charge. Their clothes are inferior based on what came to my house 2 months after I canceled the order.
DO NOT DO IT...YOU WILL BE SORRY. They are fraudulent.

"Don't Waste Your Money or Time"

I ordered and paid for the BrosWear Stylish Khaki Stitching Plaid Long Sleeve T-Shirt And Pants Co-Ord in XL. But have not received the items or had any email from them confirming my order or shipment. I haven't even been sent an order number. I emailed their Customer Services, and surprise surprise, no response.

"TOTAL SCAM"

I received an item which was totally unacceptable and requested information on how to return it. This has been going on for a month now and broswear has not responding to me. They are a total fraud. Do not buy from them, their stuff is junk and they will not refund your money.

"Don’t expect a refund"

I bought a shirt on December 12th, 2022. I love the style but it fit too tight. I wanted to exchange this shirt, so I emailed them… this is where the problem all began. Dec. 14th was the first email. It is now feb. 9th and 26 emails later, nothing has been done about it. They don’t read my email, they respond to EVERY email with something like this, “sorry for the inconvenience, shipping is your responsibility and is expensive, can we offer you 15% off and you keep the product?” No matter what I say, I get that same response. I said I don’t care what the return costs me, give me the info so I can return it and get a full refund… they respond with the exact same as above. I really like the shirt I’m trying to exchange but now I hate their customer service so much, I would never buy from them again. Absolute fail, don’t buy anything unless you are okay with it being wrong and you are okay not getting your money back. 0 out of 5 stars
