"No follow through or review of order after worst experience ever"

When I commented here on BrosWear saying they were the worst company ever, and that they would not allow me to return the items for a full refund, they requested an order number so they could review and sort it out. Well, that seems to have been just for the readers as I haven't heard anything. If they are genuine, I have provided my order number here again but suspect I might get the same.

Purchased some extra summer clothing for vacation 6-7 weeks later the items arrived. Quality of fabric shirts/pants is worthless DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and/or TIME with BrosWear. They will not refund your money and offer you 5% or 10% off your next order.

"Ordered some items on January 8th"

Ordered some items on January 8th. Items never shipped out. Asked them for a refund twice. Never received the refund. Didn’t receive my refund until I got PayPal involved. Avoid this so called company at all cost. Not worth the hassle.

"Took 6 weeks just to ship"

Took 6 weeks just to ship. Waiting for the shipment to arrive who knows how long that will take. Tried to cancel order multiple times and they refused. They are in China...don't do it!! Never again..lesson learned

"Scam company"

Products were not the same color I ordered and customer service is horrible and returns are setup so you can never do it. Also see the responses here from them are the same text. Probably a bot setup to auto respond

"I wish I could give zero stars"

I wish I could give zero stars. Horrible customer service. Ordered items over a month ago and items still haven’t even shipped. Emailed customer service and they responded over a week later apologizing, still giving no expected ship date. Do not buy from here!!

So this is the latest email I got from scambrowears.com, first they said it would be a 15% charge to cancel and now they don’t cancel orders. This is also the 3 time they told me the older was on its way. Nothing but terrible ratings, I can’t believe this web address is still active. I’m going to place a order with my Capital one card, Capital one doesn’t take scams likely and will definitely get this handled. P.S. lol they said Dear Customers?

Please do not order from this place. I ordered on 12/4/22 & it took almost a month to get the item’s delivered. They shipped partial items. I emailed about other items & it took days to get a response. They informed me one item was not in stock which should have been removed from their website. It is now going on 2 months & I have not received the other items & no response when I emailed for over 2 weeks.

Never again buying, broswear definitely a scam and not very professional business at all. No reply when I try email them, and have this conflict dealt with. I loss over 80 dollars, all I want was winter jacket and it been a month. Bs this company

"Low quality material that is more like…"

Low quality material that is more like pajamas. Nothing like the picture quality that they have displayed. It is most definitly a scam in what they are sending out. Stitching is very poor and not cut in design like pictures display. Material is so shabby I wouldn't wear it to bed. They really need to discontinue this company from being able to sell it poor quality outfits to the American consumer. If you was to see this on the clothes rack in the store it would never sell. I also got 2 bracelet's that seem like they would run small for most women. This was such a waste of money and I don't know what I'm going to do with this bull ish and this ish took about 3 months to receive it. If you think that you want to by from them send me your money and I will sell you this mess for half the price, but I will not promise that you will be satisfied and I have no return policy. WARNING...Do Not Buy This Mess...
