This is the most fraudulent company I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve made a purchase on 25 December and they continuously made excuses why they have not shipped out my order such as things as they are small company and they’re customizing the order to be shipped out to long extensive holiday Vacations. I’ve requested a refund numerous amount of times, and they completely disregarded, but their steady sending out promotional emails and updating their site as if they were a sustainable business do not purchase a handkerchief from this company because I can guarantee you they will steal your money and not ship about your product.

"Never again will I order from this…"
Never again will I order from this horrible company. I ordered a hoodie in early December order number BW00135927. Emailed them got told they are working on shipping my order out and still nothing and that was 3 weeks ago. I asked for my money back and now they respond. They need to be held accountable on how they are scamming so many customers.

"Don't buy anything from here"
I ordered a shirt, and when I got no update 8 days later, I asked how my order was going. They informed me their items are made to order in the factory and to please be patient. Not a problem, but when I asked again 10 days later, they replied to say they don't have the item in stock. I asked for a refund, but they insisted I order a different item and offered an extra 5 dollars' credit. I felt pressured into ordering something I didn't really want, which took another 3 weeks to arrive. The whole time, the original item I wanted was listed on their website as 'in stock'. Just a joke of a business.

"Broswear is a rip-off"
I'm here once again. You say contact customer service again to see if the problem can be rectified. They haven't. Do you think the BBB can assist me. This site are ripping money from people's who try to help them by ordering from their site but they don't the common sense God gave them to try to solve the simplest problem. I want stop emailing until I get what I order and paid for or my money back. I ordered 3 items but only got 2items. It's been over a month now. They offered 10 , 15% off which I want accept, why, because I will never order from this site or its affiliates ever and will advised other not too. Sad and Sorry.

"The BrosWear Men's Street Casual Mesh Print Black Long Sleeve T-shirt & Pants Co-ord Sets is AWFUL"
The quality of this tracksuit is embarrassing! It looks nothing like the image linked to the website aside from the same print pattern. Instead of receiving the thick cotton track suit displayed I received a "polyester blend-like Spiderman suit!" The US-XL size is closer to a true US-Small. In order to provide perspective the entire tracksuit fit in a small plastic bag that I provided reference by placing it next to a 5x7 picture frame. The entire bag fit in my locked postal box (with other carrier mail). I tried to give it to my teenage son as a pajama set but he was too embarrassed to wear it. This was my 1st order from BrosWear, as I liked the advertisement of the product style. My hopes were to use this company for future clothing purchases to avoid "off rack" look. Unfortunately their product quality falls far for what is displayed online. I warn all buyers to beware of this predatory false marketing.

ORDERING PHASE
I ordered 2 shirts and 2 jackets all sized medium.
It took over 3 months to receive the products with minimal email updates from the company
DELIVERY
The 2 medium shirts were sized wrong - the shirts tags said medium but they are x-larges
The 2 medium jackets were sized wrong - the jackets were tagged medium but they are x-smalls
None of the products fit
Return
After I sent an email requesting a refund I was told via email to take pictures of the products on hangers and send it to them. I was also warned that returns have to go back to china and I would have to pay the return postage which would be expensive but was never told what to do to start the return. I was also told that the return policy is long and cumbersome!!
All communication back and forth is via email and the return phase has been 3 weeks so far

They will not refund my items. The items didn’t fit. They keep sending we the same stupid emails wanting me to take a 5% discount on what I order next and I keep replying NO I want my money back and they will not respond any further.

"I have made a dreadful mistake"
I have made a dreadful mistake. I have ordered from this company before reading the reviews. I am waiting for a confirmation email notifying me of my order confirmation etc . What did surprise me was that they had all my details on their website. So I wait with baited breath about what will happen.
