Swear if I could give a negative star I would… it’s been currently 33 days… and no package… shipping is updating. Was out for delivery in my area, HOWEVER was transferred elsewhere because label was printed wrong with wrong information…. When I try and reach out to support, they either a) don’t answer, or b) ignore my concerns and just copy and paste the non updating tracking info…
I have yet to see the sh** quality of things, so I can only imagine just based off service how bad the items will be.
I’m processing and charge back with my credit card and they can pound sand. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Tf kind of response is that when I asked in-depth questions about the delay and what can be remedied for these issues.

if i had it my way they would get no stars. horrible horrible horrible, i purchased a two piece jogger suit and when i got it it look like a two year old designed the outfit, the pattern i saw on the website wasn't what i got, it looked like and iron on the material was cheapest material i have ever seen in my life horrible. this site should be banned from taking peoples money , what a rip off, Walmart has better cloths than this site ,

This has been ABSOLUTELY the worst men’s clothing site I have ever ordered from. Cheap clothing poor quality deceiving photos and overpriced.
Ordered gifts for Christmas finally arrived in Jan shirts was PRINTED not embroidered. Requested a refund, they tried to offer me a discount instead. I am still waiting for a shipping label to send items back for a refund.

If I could give a 0 I would. I made an order on 2/19. This is the worse company, I usually read the reviews first but for some reason I fell in love with the shirts and ordered $79 worth and I have not received my order. But they have taken my money and I cannot get a response back on a status or a refund.

Worse experience worse clothes ever. I order online a lot and have never seen worse fake advertised clothing in my life. The clothes look nothing like they do online. The colors are faded and the material is sooooo bad. I will stick to Shein instead. I am going to give these clothes I ordered my husband to a homeless shelter. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT. It took 8 weeks to receive items but if the clothes was not bad this would not had bothered me but I had to waste money and they took forever to send, they need to be shut down........

This is the worst company out there! It's my fault for not listening to the warnings and all the reviews. I ordered a two piece men's clothing, what I received was women's clothing, a women's sweater. I'm more than embarrassed that I used this company! Don't buy anything from them. Will be calling my bank to dispute this fraud company.

2023-03-13 Update: Brosware hat hier bei Trustpilot heute reagiert mit dem hinweis auf das Supportangebot. Wie Sie meinen Ausführungen entnehmen können, habe natürlich bereits VOR einer 1-Stern Bewertung ausführlich mit dem Support kommuniziert. Leider absolut unbefriedigend! Bitte um Info, wie ich zurfiedenstellend mit BrosWear kommunizieren kann!

Worst thing I ever did was purchase something wrong this so called company I ordered my stuff end of January and still haven’t heard or even received anything I’ve been asking for refunds and they told me not to worry and don’t respond… do NOT buy front this company…….
