"SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!"

I wish I took the time to check out reviews for this company beforehand! I placed an online order on the 15th and by mistake ordered the wrong size. When I went back to the website looking for their contact information, all that was listed was an email link, no address, no phone number, no customer service hours. I reached out to them by email to correct the mistake and didn't hear back from them. After 24 hours I emailed them to cancel the order and get a refund. After midnight I got a response asking me why I wanted a refund. After I told them why, they responded with an email stating my order is ready for shipment and they would give me a $5 cash coupon and wished me a happy life!! I filed a complaint with ecommerce.gov and econsumer complaints. The sites made it clear they might not be able to get my money back but at least they have the information about the scam artists. The payment came out of my account under KENTESH LTD from LONDON, ILLINOIS, US

Thanks for all the bad reviews! I saw this website and thought scam prices too good. And after reading everyone’s reviews it saved me the headache of buying from this website! Thanks guys for reporting this scam website! Also WEST LOUIS Is the same scam website! Don’t buy from that site either! I bet it’s the same people!!

I placed my order 11/28/2022 and it still states “Awaiting Shipment”. I sent an inquiry by email with my order # and within 2 days I received an email response back stating their workers have called in sick and they are behind. Really?

This is a complete scam! I placed an order on 11/28/22 and was promised to receive by Christmas. On 12/11/22 I received a shipping notification that the order had shipped with the exception of one item. Now I’m being told that the shipment is still being processed. The company is encouraging me to wait patiently. I think 6-weeks is too long to wait.

I requested a refund and the company ignores my request!

I placed and order on 15 Dec 22 order number BW00135005 and received a thank you for your order, but never received anything about the product shipping. I placed the order because they promised that I would receive my product before Christmas. I sent and email two days ago and have hear nothing from the customer service department. I don’t like when we try to support business that bite off more than they can chew. But you should respond to customers within 24 hour to answer their questions. You need a contact number and not just an email to a group box.

This company does NOT deliver. The clothes that were ordered are not what was seen on the website! Clearly these are very poor replica of someone else’s work! Contacted the company several times…. No RESPONSE! It’s been almost a month!

Ordered from this company, never received it in the mail and tracking number showed no change in shipment. Asked for a refund and the company stopped responding to email. Don't trust them.
