Every thing is fine but when dealing with the courier side or delivery company the only thing that is missing is the knowledge of when item will be delivered and on what day, most companies usual can book a 2 hour schedule unfortunatley this company could not, I was up at 7am ready and waiting 8am to 6pm was the time given I waited from 8am until 11.30 am 4.5 hours no sign Had to off to work , my wife was left and had to deal with this luckily the driver was gent and helped, but its something that could have been avoided if timing and scheduling, was pre-arranged apart from that the quality is very good Have not had chance to check all but from what I have seen very well wrapped banded on to pallet with corner pretection and shrink wrap, like I said evrything else is fine its just the not knowing when it will be delivered and by whom

Ordered quickstep to be delivered to South Wales. Delivery was quick, but unfortunately a few packs were damaged in transit. Lee organised a swift collection and replacement of these. We were kept updated by e mail about the delivery day. We have been very happy with the service, and how the problem was handled.
