Efficient and prompt flexible response … Contacted Richard outside hours on Friday evening regarding considerable amount of water dealing onto utility room floor from unknown source . Came back to me straightaway explaining that he would aim to call round the next morning to check it out which he duly did to quickly identify problem with washing machine connection from inside cupboard which was leaking heavily . Isolated the connection to resolve the initial flow of water onto floor area ordered the parts to return to fix it today along with fitting a new outside tap also leaking outside . I have used Richard and Response plumbing now over several years and wouldn’t ever consider using anyone else for any plumbing issue at all . I would give Response Plumbing my highest recommendation to anyone requiring plumbing services now or in the future

"Refurbed En Suite"

Response completed a job last year, a new bathroom, and as that was carried out to my satisfaction I decided to use them this month to replace the en suite.
Richard planned the work following purchase of the suite, including tiles and flooring.
I also requested a new window and some brickwork.
Everything was done to times agreed. All the trades involved turned up as expected and on time. All were tidy following work carried out.
The work was completed and I am really happy with the result. No complaints.
I would certainly recommend them.
