"Absolutely terrible"

Absolutely terrible, every step of the way. Landlord reference supplied to me, when the landlord hadn't actually given one, and was refusing to give one because of a negative experience with the tenants. Offers not passed on. Floor plan produced which had huge number of mistakes - missing walls, entire rooms that don't exist. Always late, bad communication. Awful experience.

I’m a first time landlord and decided to go with The Online Letting Agents because of their great reviews. Magda was very helpful when I first contacted them to find out more information. Within 4 weeks my apartment has been rented out! Sarah helped me with my advert and I used their viewing service to show the prospective tenants around. Sarah has been excellent. She is always available to answer any questions. It is early days with regards to the tenancy but so far I can totally recommend The Online Letting Agents.

"Fake, Fraud and Irrogant people"

This company operates in an extremely unprofessional manner and is a complete waste of time. They advertise properties on their website that they do not own and fail to provide adequate customer service, instead leaving customers at the mercy of unreliable, arrogant landlords.
I attempted to schedule a property viewing, but they did not answer calls and communicated exclusively through messages, behaving as if they were handling highly sensitive matters. They also canceled the viewing at the last minute without providing any reason.
If you choose to deal with them, be prepared for a frustrating experience.

I wanted to share my experience with The Online Letting Agents, who have been nothing short of fantastic. They provide a friendly, professional service that you can rely on, and they're incredibly fast too.
I've had the pleasure of trying out many of the services they offer, and I must say, each one has been excellent. Not only are they great, but they're also reasonably priced, which is always a bonus.
