Very disappointed with the quality of the item. I bought a corduroy overshirt, and the cuff button came off on the very first day. Moreover, the stitching around the buttonholes is of poor quality, with many threads coming loose after just a few uses.

La calidad y filosofía de la marca están bien, pero no compensa el hecho de que utilizan DHL para los envíos, que son unos auténticos estafadores, y nunca sabes si recibirás el paquete, ni cuando. Al parecer pese a que tengas un código para darle al mensajero, pueden dejar tu paquete en cualquier felpudo de un bloque de 10 pisos con 5 manos en frente del ascensor.... Que es como dejarlo en la calle, y lo mejor, firman que lo has recogido sin por supuesto ningún permiso por tu parte. Osea mienten.
Lo siento por la empresa, ya había comprado antes y me gustaban las cosas, pero si la única manera es el envío con DHL, yo me mantendría alejado. De momento, no tengo ni dinero ni regalos de Navidad.

I posted a comment some days again to share a bad experience with the delivery of my order (which, I strongly suppose, had been stolen). Customer service of Twothird reacted very quickly and they solve the problem by given me the refund of my order ! I can also add that every person of the team that wrote to me was kind and very comprehensive.

"Nur Ärger beim Umtausch"

Die Kleidung ist eigentlich ganz gut. Habe letztlich aber nur ein Oberteil behalten. Sie locken damit, dass man keinen Versand zahlen müsse bei einem Umtausch im Gegensatz zur Retoure. Nach einem Umtausch kann man aber nichts mehr zurückgeben, sondern nur noch umtauschen. Da war ich schon richtig angepisst. Weil ich eigentlich nichts kaufen wollte, hatte nichts gefunden, wofür ich wirklich Geld ausgeben wollte. Hab dann zwei Mützen genommen, weil es noch das kleinste finanzielle Übel war. Allerdings wird mir die Differenz nicht ausgezahlt, sondern man erhält einen Store Credit, der nur 12 Monate gültig ist. Ich will keinen blöden Store Credit, für den ich voraussichtlich keine Verwendung habe (wir sprechen von 140 Euro), ich will mein Geld wiederhaben!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Das ist auch das letzte Mal, dass ich da bestellt habe. Mit solchem Vorgehen vergrault ihr euch eure Kunden.

Non ho mai fatto nessun ordine a TWOTHIDS, ma oggi 12/12/2024 ho ricevuto un pacco contenente una camicia.
Io non ho tempo per fare il reso, pensateci voi.
