I have allready ordered a few times from twothirds and it has always been a pleasureful experience. Beautiful sustainable garments.... perfect fit. I just love it.

"Pre-orders? A complete scam!"

I placed a pre-order for the Aluk jacket back in 5 November, paying €259 under the promise of supporting ethical, made-to-order production. After nearly two months, I still haven’t received my jacket. Meanwhile, I discovered that the same jacket was available immediately on the website, discounted to €209 until December 30!

To make matters worse, I just received an email informing me of an additional delay of up to 30 days. How is it possible that pre-order customers like me are paying more and waiting longer, while others can buy the same item at a discount and receive it instantly?

This is outrageous. Two Thirds promotes itself as ethical, yet this handling of pre-orders is anything but. It’s disrespectful to loyal customers and undermines the very values the brand claims to stand for.

I am incredibly disappointed and will not be supporting this company again.
