Despite the Good Reviews Like Clare< Naresh, David, P Sewell and Pastor Thomas experiences I agree that Customer Service is confrontational and they hide behind the small print in the terms and conditions. We were promised quick delivery to get the order but it was not despatched until 3 days later. Parcel arrived with over half the items missing and no communication received despite telling them we were ordering to fit a week later. Despite this they will not deliver the missing items to site because we paid by card to get the guarantee from the credit card company. They want you to pay by direct credit so you have no guarantee. Hard to get hold of. Difficult to get any response. We tend to use reputable companies where we get good service. This is what happens when customers ask us to use suppliers like this were you save a few pounds on the item but lose out on service. We will now have to make additional trips in order to fit which I am certain the customer will not wish to pay for. We have no idea when or if the missing items will come as others have said items don't arrive and it is a struggle to get money back or the items delivered. We have yet to test the quality of the goods. The poor reviews have gained momentum recently so I am guessing that something is going wrong.

I would love to start here by saying how wonderful the customer service was with this company. They will help you with absolutely anything and everything which is perfect for someone who is as much as a novice around lighting as me.
At first I asked for advice on light bulbs and which ones I should buy as I had no clue what would work, and they gave me all the advice I needed. It was great because they didn't just jump straight to the highest priced stuff it was all very reasonable. I spoke to several of the sales team and they were all lovely and friendly. When they say they will look into things and call you back they do in no time at all. The delivery was also quick.
Over all I am really happy with this DTS and I would recommend this electrical wholesaler to anyone looking to buy. I have been using them regularly now for a few months and its been perfect every time.

Took money for items and £8.20 for next day delivery. I’m now expecting the parcel in a couple of days thats a whole week of waiting. If you need something quick (next day) don’t bother.

Placed an order on line. Money taken from card. Nothing further heard, no delivery. Checked web site that advised to e mail any query. Sent e mail one week on, no response, resent again still nothing. Sent final email just before Christmas still no reply.
Ended up phoning in the new year to be told item had been dispatched and the tracking showed Royal Mail had not tried to deliver. I have no way of knowing if the was true or bovine excrement.
Got a full refund however.
They should really answer e mails if that is the preferred method of contact. It can be done another supplier I had to raise a query with replied in 30 minutes!

Really happy with my experience with this company . Had to return incorrect thermostat and communication was quick and positive ..they initiated contact with me to let me know that return had been received and refund effected promptly .
