They were ok considering they didn’t actually handle my physical product. The product shipped 64 miles from my house and I was charged $500 not given the option to pickup and not refunded the more than 200 dollars difference then they paid the shipper

I did not receive the kayak ordered due to a manufacturer issue. Jesse was fantastic, he truly listened and helped me to resolve the situation quickly and to my satisfaction. Liquid Surf & Sail is simply the best!!

I had the misfortune of dealing directly with the manufacturer on a separate issue and the customer service received directly from them was subpar at best.
