We ordered some rail tape from this website because the company is supposed to be in Ft. Lauderdale and we live in Florida so shipping should be quick right?? Wrong, the tape was shipped from Oregon and we are still waiting. Don’t waste your time ordering from this company. We would have gotten faster shipping ordering directly from the manufacturer in Spain. $17.99 2-3 day international shipping.
Just to clarify, the response makes it sound like this item was just ordered. This item was ordered on July 11 and it is now July 22 and we still haven’t received the item. Shipping cost was $8.99, pricey for nearly 2 weeks of waiting.
Liquid Surf however didn’t keep us waiting for requests for a review, those came right away.
So they got one.

The product was out of stock and Route hadn’t shown it shipped yet after 5 days. I called your number and a real human answered! He was so nice. He told me it was out of stock and that he would reach out to F1 directly and call me back. What?!! He actually did it and called me back shortly thereafter! This is unheard of. I will buy all of my gear through your store moving forward. Thank you for actually having customer service and caring about your customers. I appreciate you guys!
