The free trial versions are quite powerful and will give you a solid sense of whether it will do what you need to get done. In addition, if you wait for a sale (which are frequent), a lifetime subscription is extremely affordable and worth it for the lifetime upgrades.

Their customer support is top tier. I emailed for support assistance in the middle of the night and got a reply in under an hour that completely fixed my issue.
