For one, MiniTool makes amazing software for a low price. Especially considering what the software is capable of accomplishing, and the little system resources it acquires. MiniTool is quick at responding to questions, friendly, and from my two experiences chatting with them, great! Very much recommended company/software.

"Outstanding customer service!"
I have an 8TB hard drive and a 512GB SSD drive. Both partitions got lost or corrupted at about the same time due to, I believe, hardware issues. In my first attempt to resolve the problem, I used Partition Master Pro from EaseUS. The software cost $49. I soon found that the $49 was a gateway for them offering data recovery services for $599. I said no thanks. They responded and asked me my budget. I said $175. They said $199. I said I would sit on it. At that point, I found Partition Wizard using ChatGPT. After one hour of using Partition Wizard I had my partitions restored and addressability to my files. The most time-consuming part of this was finding my BitLocker recovery keys. Customer service was very responsive. I usually had an answer back within the hour, sometimes within half an hour. This company makes customer service a priority and it shows. Besides providing telephone and/or remote support, I do not know what else they can improve.

"I like MiniTool products in general"
I like MiniTool products in general and use several of them. The only reason I only gave them 4 stars for PDF Editor was the create from scanner didn't work on my Samsung AIO. It is no longer made and Samsung printers were sold to HP years ago resulting in drivers not being kept up to date so I don't really blame MiniTool. It worked fine on my Cannon AOI.
