"A fairly good range of lighting"

A fairly good range of lighting. We ordered what we thought were brick lights but had to return them. IF YOU NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING BE AWARE, it took a month and we had to contact them on more than a be occasion to chase. We were promised a date but the refund finally came 2 weeks afterwards making the total wait time for our money over a month. We paid for the postage for this.

Purchased 2 lights, received them in good time but unfortunately they did not suit the room we wanted them for. No problem returning them, although at our cost but that was fine as it was our decision to return them. The 3 stars is for the sheer fact that it took 13 days to get my refund, this means that they had nearly £200 of my money sitting in their account, I dare say with others awaiting refunds, a nice way to earn some interest. Other companies are normally no more than 2-3 days for returns. For this fact alone I will not be using this company again.
