"Pretty good"

Pretty good. Most recent example of goodness was a next day delivery on a Saturday. If the item is not in Ireland stock expect 2 weeks which is pretty bad.

"Bought a CPU that was sent to me…"

Bought a CPU that was sent to me defective, sent it back, and was informed that they would not do a return or exchange due to ‘bent pins’ which were certainly not bent when I returned it. Not thrilled about making my $100 donation to memoryc

"Fast shipping and great service"

I ordered some PC items that another company had failed to send me and they arrived the next day (after choosing priority shipping). That is above excellent service and the company deserves 5*+ for that. The web site is clear in what is in stock locally and I really appreciate that. So many other sites accept the order before admitting that it will take days to ship the items. Thanks MemoryC, it is nice to deal with a company that respects its' customers.

I am not good at describing things like this but for an 4-Port Iogear USB3.0 HUB with power supply it did everything it was supposed to do.

"From good, reliable shop to scammers!"

Once good company turned into Chinese scammers... Was very happy with many years experience with this shop but recently (about 2-3 weeks ago) they not shipping orders due to "third party issues" and that would be ok as strange things can happen but every 2-3 days they changing estimate date for shipping my order (it happened 5 times already in last two weeks). That's sounds like famous "Dear friend can you please wait another couple of days before leaving negative feedback please?" That probably many of customers heard from Chinese shops representatives. Stay away from MemoryC as far as possible to save yourself time and hassle.

Orderer ram for laptop,but wasnt compatible they had to send it twice but without any hesitation or excuses like other shops.Also their prices are competitive.Would recommend.

"Amazing customer service"

My first time writing a 5 star review for a company where I actually had to return an item as it wasn't what I needed. The customer service was absolutely excellent. They even paid for DPD to come and collect the speaker from my house.

I will definitely be using this company again.

"Great Service"

Excellent company, I ordered some £300 RAM about 2 years ago and forgot to buy the fast shipping option. I messaged them on chat and they upgraded me to next day no questions asked and didn't charge me a penny.

A year later my RAM developed a fault and they exchanged it for me in just 2 weeks. Their online chat is super helpful too and seems to be open late.

"Absolutely nightmare"

Absolutely nightmare! Please don't buy from MemoryC.com!

My son bought a ram from them as a birthday gift, unfortunately, something wrong with the item so we have to return for refund. It took us more than a month but still not closing our matter yet. It is an expensive product cost £2xx.

According to their customer service, I can ship my return item to their UK address, however, that is a forwarding address and item received to this address are being forwarded to their RMA centre in Ireland one time per week so return process will take longer. Instead, they said we are welcome to return our item directly to their address in Ireland. As this is an expensive item, we have paid extra money to ship to Ireland via Royal Mail tracked service on March 21. Neither MemoryC.com nor Royal Mail told us we have to prepare specific document for clearance. Our returned item cannot delivered in Ireland due to lack of document. Up to today, I still don't know where it is.

I called their office and explained the situation, they only ask us to wait and call Royal Mail. I have spoken to Royal Mail, no one can confirm where is our item and seems it might be lost. Like other online retail company or Amazon, once the item has been dispatched, the responsibility is on retailer's shoulder. I was asking how we can get the refund but no one can assist us and furthermore, no one reply our email and give us any support at all.

I am losing the items plus the shipping cost which end up losing all my money and a birthday hope for my poor son.

I hope if someone from MemoryC read my message, can you think through and give us a hand?
