After extensive emails and photos sent to get the right replacement for a Bathroom Store seat, we were advised to order a bespoke seat, we carefully checked the dimensions and confirmed them matched ours, and the hinge was the same. They told us how to remove the old fitting. When we got the new toilet seat we and our contractor didn't see the crumpled instructions right at the bottom of the box. But with the help of Kirsty we are now trying to make the fitting work!
