we bought 3 Soft close Ideal Toilet seats a few years ago, not cheap, and obviously twice the price if you need to replace them!!
one of the seats outer lid was slamming shut, turns out the right hand dampener hinge had lost its screw cap and the grease inside it, never used or heard of this place before, ordered a replacement set of hinges, job done thanks guys
