I decided to change my laptop because the old one isn't compatible with windows 11.

After a couple of hours trying to research on the internet I was baffled and no further forward. I contacted Europc and spoke to a very helpful man, who asked what needed the laptop to do, talked me through some options and steered me towards the refurbished one I finally bought.

It was delivered the next day and it works great so far.
