They take your money n rip your off PLEASE STAY AWAY TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! They don’t do nothing but sweet talk you n take your $$$

"Took $199- Didn’t Deliver "

Took $199 to dispute two accounts in collections for me. I was told 30-45 days to allow an investigation. This was February 24th. On April 14th I called the bureaus to get an update on the investigation- only to find out there hadn’t been disputed accounts. I then had to request disputes myself over the phone and have to wait 30-45 days from now…severely delaying our home buying process and ultimately making my $199 payment pointless. Credit Glory refused to refund. JUST DISPUTE YOURSELF.

You mid as well pay your debts directly to your collectors then spend your money on these people . I Wasted 5 month on these people paying 100s for them to not dispute not even one thing off my account and my credit score went up 1 or 2 numbers every month barely nothing. I had Made it very clear I couldn't pay a crazy amount monthly due to being unemployed and just needed help disputing some debts and fixing my credit score . Kevin Floyd assured me it was going to be a one time payment of $199 then a small $24 a month for credit statements to be sent to me. They ended up taking $100 plus the $24 every month leaving me broke when I was already unemployed and couldn't afford pretty much anything. They made it seem affordable for my situation and that it wouldn't take no more then 60 to 90 days to see a huge difference on my account. In 5 months they took about $600 dollars from me or more and my credit score went up probably just a good 15 or barely 20 points , which I think is nothing for 5 months. And didn't manage to dispute anything after waiting for so long after letters were sent.
They won't give u refunds nor will they give you summary checks of your process unless you pay so stay away from these thieves. They also hire people that don't know what they are doing because I was promised the moon and stars everytime I called and the next person I talked to acted like that didn't know what I was talking about. It's all a sick joke of a company.

This company is a bunch of crooks and thieves. I called to arrange some payments and ended up wasting money on them sending a letter which did nothing. When I signed up they want you to pay all these monthly fees. I was very adamant about no monthly fees and what happened $99 charges every month and had issues canceling it and they wouldn’t refund when I called them saying letters were sent out then told me they sent letters before they took payment which makes no sense. Bottom line don’t waste your money or time!!!!!!
