The soul of the business Mr Russell Welton, is one of the most knowledgeable, helpful and responsive professionals I have ever come across. Being a complete novice in optics and their use in Hiking, Trekking and Bushcrafting situations, I started with pursuance of products, wholly inappropriate for the applications. Mr Welton guided me on the journey to get to the most appropriate item. I admire his patience as he spent a lot of time to explain the very intricacies of optics and their use in different situations. As a result, not only that I am a proud owner of a worthwhile product, but much more knowledgeable in the art and science of optics.
