I very rarely write reviews, but in this instance I have made a well earned exception.
I recently purchased an expensive spotting scope, and the experience could not have been more rewarding. From the initial enquiries to the actual purchase I was made to feel special, and valued. I was looked after by Russell who I have to say was incredibly knowledgeable, and explained everything in minute detail, and at mo time did I feel under pressure to make a purchase. This is retail customer service at its absolute best, and in a lovely showroom where the customer can browse, and more importantly play with those lovely toys.
