Terrible customer experience. I've been waiting for over 2 years for a replacement bottle shelf for my Fridge Freezer. Clearly these are not going to be available - keep getting fobbed off saying they don't know when they will be in stock. On the spares website it still says they will be arriving in December 2021! Requested as a gesture of goodwill that I be sent one from a new fridge that they are still selling but until now no luck. I'm writing this today as I have now given up!

Several contacts for Calc filter not available for months and months. Recent reply all is well now in stock matter closed. This was totally inaccurate as they are still showing out of stock and delivery for DEc 23. Have not been able to use the steam iron since the summer.
let them know on Sunday and again no reply from general enquiry or direct mail to the person involved.
The product is still unusable due to red warning light displayed.
After all these months no saying discontinued and offering a solution that contradicts their own website.
