"Fantastic service "

Fantastic service , our vacuum lost suction after a year and a replacement was sent out, unfortunately the replacement wasn’t as good as the original due to the original being discontinued, Tracey at swan was happy to replace the replacement with a better spec vacuum free of charge

Our Swan Kettle broke after 13 months and the team at Swan could not have been more helpful. Very quick to respond and were more than happy to send us out a replacement without asking us 101 questions like so many other companies do! Thank you very much - excellent customer service.
