Bought several replacement limescale filters, a month later, our Swan kettle (10 years old) packed up. Swan were happy to refund me for the filters, quick to respond. Glad to say our replacement kettle is Swan as well.

I absolutely love the swan dirtmaster I don’t know how I have lived without it! I had an issue where the hoover/mop stopped working and I emailed Swan customer service at 8.30pm and I had a response by 9am the next day absolute 10/10 customer service and they sent a whole replacement for me.
If you have been thinking of purchasing it do it I promise you won’t regret it

Alexa Kettle stopped working fortunately I had registered it when purchased so it gave me an extra years warranty.
Took several emails to get it sorted, looked like it wasn’t going to be sorted, until I actually spoke to Kat, who was absolutely brilliant and got the whole thing sorted out within 24 hours.

Bought the Nordic saucepan set less than 4 months ago and the non stick coating is coming off the rim of one of them already! Contacted Swan and they are sending a replacement. Excellent service. I just hope it doesn't happen again, or to the remaining ones in the set...
