Unfortunately the Swan kettle that I ordered from The Hale company through Amazon developed a fault during the first two years. I was informed by Hale that as I had no record of having taken out an extended warranty it was in fact only covered for the first year but they suggested I contact the manufacturers, Swan, to see if they could help.
Well, how amazing are they!!! I emailed them immediately and they requested that as it had packed up altogether, I should cut off the cord and send them a photo together with a photo of the bottom of the kettle showing the batch number and serial number which I did.
Within a couple of hours I received an email from a lady called Holly in Customer Services who advised me that a replacement kettle would be despatched to me within a few days.
And, true to her word, it did arrive in two days and is now up and running perfectly.
I am just so grateful to have a new kettle which matches the other Swan appliances that I purchased at the same time.

" tall retro larder fridge poor"
I bought a tall retro larder fridge many years ago and the glass shelves and door shelves are very bad quality. All the door shelves have cracked, chipped or broken and I've tried many times over the years to purchase replacements but they are never in stock and despite having an option to be emailed when they are back in stock I have never received an email. Very poor quality for the price I would not recommend them.

"Smart Kettle Stopped Working "
Our smart kettle suddenly stopped heating and I contacted Customer Service who replied very promptly and efficiently. As kettle was still under warranty, new kettle is on its way. Very impressed and Holly was excellent!
