Difficult to cook food as everything sticks and burns to the pan. Pans brown and are difficult to clean. Overall would not recommend

I had purchased a toaster back on Nov which stopped working, i emailed Swan on Tuesday and got an acceptance email straightaway then Tracey sent another one within about 40 mins, she was brilliant, i sent a video and photos what she requested and she confirmed they would be replacing my faulty toaster, less than 2 days later my new toaster has arrived. Thank you very much for solving my issue so quickly Tracey xx

Quick order and delivery of the Swan Crossover! Love the product. I did order an extra bottle of cleaning solution which didn't get delivered. I emailed customer support and had a response within the hour and the missing product dispatched. Very impressive customer support times!

I am registered blind and use specialised audible software on my PC. However, I firmly believe that my abilities far surpass any limitations my disability might impose.
Yesterday I bought an Alexa-controlled Kettle from Swan via Amazon we set it up at our Blind Club and it is excellent, I have had Alexa Controlled Smart Kettles in the past but they were never as good as this! I've had it set up for less than 24 hours now and it is excellent so I'v written a little poem to let folk know just how excellent it is, here goes:-
A kettle so smart, with Alexa's gentle tone,
Makes brewing tea, a task now made my own.
With voice commands, I can set it to boil,
As I head home, my tea's ready, what a wonderful toil!
No more struggles, with buttons or dials too,
Alexa's voice control, makes so it easy to use.
A cup of tea, at my command, what bliss,
Thanks to Swan's innovation, and Alexa's clever kiss.
For VIPs like me, Visually Impaired People to you
This kettle's a game-changer, independence shines through.
I highly recommend it, to everyone I meet,
A great talking point, that's always on the beat!
It's not just a kettle, but a symbol of pride, For those who need assistance,
