"They're con artists. Company is a big scam"
Do not ues this company. They are con artists that will steal your money. They scam you by telling you that you have 24 hours to cancel your contract. I cancelled in literally six hours and they did not refund my money.
Called them and they said it takes 14 business days to refund the money. Called them in 20 days and they gave me all kinds of reasons for not getting e the money even though they acknowledged the refund is due. They had no idea of when they would refund me.
It's a terrible, terrible company. Buyer beware--stay away--They're con artists.

I gave a $2,228.00 deposit on my move and unfortunately the sale of my house fell through. I was not able to get my deposit return back to me because of section 8 in the contract (you must cancel after 24 hours from when you sign the contract). Who knows within 24 hours that a sell of a house goes bad? It was 2 weeks after signing the contract that I try to get my deposit back at least most of it!! The representative was very rude and did not have my best interest! The only time that I felt like they had my best interest is when I was making the reservation!! Please do not give a deposit with this moving company!! This is a market for scammers!! I was very vulnerable at the time and I was taken advantage of!!

"This company harasses its potential…"
This company harasses its potential clients & is incredibly rude. I'm not exactly sure how this company received their stars- probably paid for. I inquired about a cross-country move from TX to Washington State. A representative of the company named Al contacted me 5 mins later, telling me how lucky I was to be considering him. He was extremely arrogant & borderline condescending. He then, told me that he would give me the absolute best deal for my cross-country move, which consisted of approximately 15 boxes- stored in a 10x10 storage unit. I was quoted approximately $5k, which I respectively declined. Afterward, Al told me that he could offer me another deal, taking off a few hundred dollars, bringing the price to $4,310. This angered me because he previously assured me that his initial offer of $5k+ was the absolute best deal the company could give me, then... when I declined the offer, he lowered the price to try to gain my business. I again, told Al I was uninterested & did not trust his company. He did not answer questions knowledgeably & even began raising his voice & speaking over me, even though I told him I wasn't interested. I hung up on him, then he had the audacity to TEXT ME telling me what a mistake I was making. The text continued until I had to threaten to file harassment charges. Days later, I'm still receiving calls from co-workers of Executive Van Lines. I've told them not to call me & that I was uninterested, but yet- they continue to harass me- using different representatives to call. Even after being told of my lack of interest in their company, they continue to be rude, pushy, and overall aggressive. I was only looking for a moving quote- not endless harassment. Trust me, if you are looking for a reputable company that is non-harassing, DO NOT USE EXECUTIVE VAN LINES!!!! My next step is to file phone harassment charges. This business needs to close down, as they are an immeasurable joke & a menace to innocent prospective clients.

sorry this review is long but please read carefully and be warned. I got a quote under 2k after telling them 2k was my max. The caller assured me i had plenty of space to add stuff since i was paying for 300 cubic square feet. He said I had room for more boxes and furniture if need be, even told me he was surprised that I was not moving that many things. After the call where I got a quote and made a deposit, there was literally no way to reach these people if you have any questions or want to update your inventory, besides the quality assurance call which is scheduled. They don’t give you the number. After getting my quality assurance call I added a yoga mat and 2 shoe boxes and one folded up beach chair yet my total rose by more than $300 above budget. I have moved before with 300 cubic square feet so I know what that looks like. When i asked him to try to understand the sudden increase in price after i was guaranteed i still had space. He told me they were a five star service and couldn’t just stuff my things into the truck, they had to leave space because they were liable for my goods.He told me either way I already paid for a deposit and could not back out now because they do not refund and he would not be refunding me my money. He gave me attitude when I tried to understand the increase in price and instead of answering my questions he increased his voice to tell me that I was questioning whether or not he was doing his job right when all I did was ask a question about my move and space. I asked him whether or not he was going to answer it and he put me on hold and transferred. But little did I know that this was only the beginning of their 1star service. My move was scheduled for the 26th to the 28th because I didn’t want delays or issues based on previous reviews so I scheduled it ahead. The caller even tried to persuade me to schedule it for a later date because he claimed they were a five star service and I had no need to schedule earlier because my appointments were guaranteed. LIES!!!! I got a call that my appointment would be for the 28th the day before. On the 28th the truck was nowhere to be found, I called and no one answered so this was a no call no show. I was only able to text there after hours services which did not get back to me on time until later. They postponed my pick up to the 29th after giving me guarantees, then on the 29th my pick up got postponed for the 30th after no one showed up. Then on the 30th they postponed it yet again to 31st after no one showed up. I was supposed to move from California to Texas. I already paid my rent for Texas next month and these people do not want to move my stuff after collecting my money. They gave guarantees and assurances that have not held up. To think they even tried to get me to postpone the move to a later date on some lie about being a 5 star service. They are not five star anything. I initially left a review detailing my full 0-Starr experience but I received a call less than 5 minutes after to take down my review, that I would be compensated within a week. This was April 19, 3 weeks ago.I have been patient with these people. I called their customer service to resolve the issue yet again after emailing them and the lady said “ my compensation was underway but because I had threatened to share my experience with the general public I will not be compensated”I asked her how is leaving a review a threat?if they gave a 5 star performance my review would not be seen as a threat but because they gave a 0 star experience and they know this,they’re threatening me to not share my experience.They have refused to compensate me and yet they threatened me to not share my experience which makes no sense.I was supposed to be compensated 3 weeks ago,I waited.She was disrespectful and very rude. This company never had intentions of compensating me for the inconvenience, that was just a among their lies.

Do not hire Executive Van Lines as your moving broker. We did and they hired a company who has been holding our items for over 2 months and still won’t confirm the location of our items or when we will get them. We have been lied to several times and the story constantly changes from a van breaking down, to being involved in an accident, to being in a warehouse in Jersey and now apparently it’s just been sitting in a warehouse in Las Vegas. We requested them to have a driver send pictures of our items upon his arrival and they said they would. No pictures have been sent and they are ignoring our calls. Executive has not helped us resolve this. They just keep telling us that the moving company, Dynamic Movers, are responsible and will keep us updated with any changes. I can NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the support team at Executive Van Lines. From the first contact with Travis, then Dillon, to Rebecca all were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to satisfy my every inquiry and I signed a contract to move all contents of my home…. The deal was exceptional with several courtesies extended that they did not have to do but was of great value to me. My review is not about the move but about how they (Rebecca) handled my cancellation of the contract. You see, my family decided to move me as a retirement gift. I called to cancel and was given zero grief and their only concern was that we have a trouble free move… I assured Rebecca that we would and she kindly processed through my cancellation with full refund of my deposit. As an extended courtesy she even followed up with an email to confirm that their accounting department in fact cancel my check. My whole experience with Executive Van lines was exceptional even without a move. So, thanks Travis, Dillon, and Rebecca for your kind, courteous, and honest handling of my “near” move….I would highly recommend!

I received a phone call from EVL for my move from GA to CA. I spoke with Tye and he was very personable and made the entire process so easy and pleasant! I have never done a move like this so I was definitely hesitant but was reassured and I was so glad I was. From start to finish, they made it easy, no stress, I paid the price I was quoted. I am so thankful for them! My items got delivered yesterday and not a single scratch, perfect condition. I will be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you guys!

We had to move from San Diego to Houston for my wife's work and went through several other moving options before settling with Executive Van Lines. These guys were so professional. They went through their contract with us over the phone and were able to adapt to some changes that needed to happen right before the move. The whole experience was pretty stress-free with how attentive and service oriented this company was. We had moved before and that was an absolute nightmare. This was literally the easiest move we've ever made. 100% will use again for our next move.
