As we all know moving is very stressful. From all the annoying phone calls and more. Tye was very helpful setting my move up. Shout out to Mitch for walking me thru the proper steps and not over looking my inventory. The movers they sent were great. My move increased slightly but I was ok because it wasn’t far off the estimate. Thanks for the journey

I called executive to get a quote and just couldn’t understand why they were so much more expensive than everyone else. After reading reviews of other companies I saw why and I’m glad I paid the extra money to with them. My price went up when I called back to book but that was to be expected. Move went very well zero headache considering I was moving 2000 miles. Will be recommending to all my friends and family

"Brokers, not movers, my move tube we into an very expensive nightmare."
They are just unethical brokers who sell your jobs to senconfary market. They first quote you a price to lure you into a deposit which you can not get back after 4 days, of course, they would not tell you the fine prints hidden in the contract. If you schedule the moving date with their movers, be prepared they may not show up and we have that happened to us without even notifying us. When their contractors did came, be prepared for a sticker shock! When their contracted mover came, they demanded a payment that was almost twice of the original quote they gave you at the beginning. Finally, the the goods finally arrived, be prepared for some missing items and broken items.

"Moved from California to New York March…"
Moved from California to New York March 1st (currently March 20th and I still have not received my belongings). When they first reached out they let me know they ACCIDENTALLY left my TV at another delivery location... they asked if they should still deliver my stuff, I asked that they please get the tv first and then deliver... delivery was suppose to be today (3/20).. I got a call that they're headed my way but they only have 3 duffle bags of my stuff and have no idea where the rest of the stuff is...not to add I had to pay a fee for a large truck delivery in the city and when they guy called he said "I am just in a pick up truck can you come downstairs and get the stuff...." I told the driver I was not paying until he gave me all of my stuff... he said he would hold onto my duffle bags of clothes if I didn't PAY... ... I called executive van lines and Gavin (useless rep) hung UP ON ME. it has been 20 days, all my stuff is missing, I paid SO MUCH money for this. I will go to the ends of the world to make sure no one uses this company EVER again.

Called for a quote.. was ridiculously high.. then trying to get me to reserve I got high pressured sales guy Dillon go back Nd forth and they cMe down 1k on price. And kept pushing and pushing for down-payment.. if high pressure sales is your tactics..then I don't believe your ratings are accurate!!!

The GM of Executive Van Lines is the BEST. I previously wrote a negative review and he reached out to me and got the situation resolved. He was open minded and extremely kind. I am very grateful for his help and I recommend this company. A complete professional who cares about doing a good job and keeping consumers happy.

I spoke with Justin in the call center, I didn't get his last name, but he has a southern twang to his voice, he was so sweet and helpful!!
I also spoke with Rebecca in cancellations, which let's be honest, probably isn't a fun job, but she was super polite and professional and kind and understanding and efficient!!
And your sales rep, Tye Scott is an absolute doll. He made the whole customer experience so easy and comfortable. He took his time helping me understand, and provided a few wholesome laughs along the way (and we all know the world needs those!) I feel awful about having to cancel my reservation, which likely impacted his ability to collect commission for the time he spent helping me.
You've selected some fantastic individuals for your team. You should be very proud and willing to give raises, they work hard and it shows!!

Worst experience I have had in a very long time. Sales staff unknowledgeable about their own policy. Argumentative supervisors, quick to raise their voice, and also unknowledgeable about their own systems. I will never use their services and will tell everyone I know how bad they are.
