I engaged with L&K Surveyors a while ago to carry out party wall agreements across several adjoining properties due to an extension project in London. I was appointed Alex Galvin who has handled all the complexities of the case with patience, a pragmatic approach and kept costs to a minimum. The awards in question were difficult but Alex worked through the complexity with a level of detail and professionalism that was really appreciated. The party wall process and doing a project in London can be daunting and stressful, Alex provided great customer service and a level of support throughout the process which has been invaluable. I couldn't recommend L&K or Alex more.
