What a refreshing change to find a company nowadays who obviously pride themselves on customer service. Everything about London & Kent couldn't be any better. From the booking of the survey, speaking to us beforehand to see if there were any particular areas of concern, the very extensive written survey, the follow up phone call to make sure we understood everything to even answering questions after this. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly recommended, cannot fault them in anyway. The whole experience was easy, very professional and efficient. This was also reflected in Alex, very knowledgeable but also very personable too, he made everything easy to understand and broke down the survey and fully answered any questions we had with our post survey call.

This is the way forward for surveys, feels like they are ahead of the industry by using helpful techniques, like a welcome video on whatsapp and also sending you a desktop research report of the property before conducting the survey. Also like the fact they use drones where possible to further inspect the roof etc.

Always want to support a local business, so glad we found them, very happy!

I would definitely recommend L&K Surveyors.
They are very responsive, both on the phone and through emails, unlike other surveyors I enquired.
Given that I had a level 2 survey done in Dec, a busy period, I could book a slot relatively quickly, less than 2 weeks from the initial inquiry.
The report came back after 3 days. I had a follow-up session which was helpful too.

Overall, I'm pleased with their services.

Had a L3 survey from L&K - responsive team, providing advice and guidance quickly and in a detailed manner. Surveyor managed some access issues professionally so the survey could be completed in full. After a lot of research and debate over who to use, I would happily recommend them to others.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy. You can tell that L&K care about providing a top quality service. I find L&K through a survey comparison site. L&K reached out via Whatsapp sending a free research report with some relevant information prior to even booking the L2 survey.

They included a video of what to expect from the L2 survey. They honored a Blue Light discount and I was able to fill in the relevant details on the website so both my partner and I could be updated in relation to the L2 survey. After paying everything was sorted and the survey was completed in a timely manner.

The report was detailed but easy to read and the number of photos included showed that the job had been done properly. The added benefit was the drone to check the roof as this was one of our main concerns. Can't recommend L&K enough and would definitely use them again for any future purchases.
