I was impressed by the property survey report produced by LK Surveyors. They used drones to assess areas of the building otherwise inaccessible which provided valuable information. They highlighted and tested all areas of concern in the flat and throughout the report they also noted all the things that I should follow-up with my solicitors about. Great service and very thorough report, and also offer a follow-up phone call with my surveyor if there's anything I wanted to discuss!
