It's been an excellent service provision from Alex and the team, and I'd recommend LK surveyors to anyone. As a first-time buyer and one who designs services, I doff my hat for this company. The whole process of booking a survey, making inquiries, receiving our report, and booking a follow-up call was smooth and reassuring. The team was also flexible with us, as our first follow-up call was with a team member who didn't do the survey directly and didn't offer as many insights; they allowed us to book a second call, which was more productive. One aspect I'd suggest improving is having a space in the portal for the customer to add comments while making the booking

Alex at London & Kent Surveyors was brilliant from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, happy to text out of hours and also call too.
The survey itself we went with a level 3 and the add on Drone offering was so beneficial you cannot recommend that enough.
The survey was super thorough, we had a great in depth call a few days later to go over the report and we just felt Alex had literally gone above and beyond for us and made us feel at easy from the very beginning. Thanks again Alex.

We had a Level 2 survey with Samuel and were happy with the service, report and explanations over the phone, very helpful indeed. They initially provided a document with an overview of the property (prior to the survey) and explained their offering/suggestion on type of report which we found very informative. Also the pictures with the drone were very useful.
Overall a good experience and would recommend their services.

"Thorough Survey"

Alex carried out our Level 3 Building Survey and provided a very detailed report. The property we are looking to purchase is a roof conversion so the use of the drone to inspect it and capture photos was particularly beneficial. The report also highlighted an issue that otherwise we would have had no idea about. The 30 minute post survey call was very informative; Alex answered all the questions we had, explaining in layman's terms solutions to all issues raised.

Our survey was extremely thorough and covered everything we needed to know another the property. Our surveyor, Kieran, was also super helpful and informative in our follow up call. As first time buyers, we are not familiar with the home buying process and he was great at clarifying things for us.
