Great experience with these surveyors, was easy and quick to book the survey, good communication letting us know the progress of the survey and easy to access the finished report. Follow up call with the surveyor was really valuable, our surveyor was really knowledgeable and helpful. We used them twice during our house search and thanks to the findings from the first survey we feel we were able to make a good decision about pulling out of a purchase due to issues with the property that we had not picked up ourselves. I was very impressed with our experience of L&K Surveyors. We used them for a Level 3 Survey of a property we are in the process of buying. The booking process was easy, and customer service was great. They were able to book in a survey quickly, and we received our report the very next day. I was impressed with the level of detail on the report, as well as the fact that they use drones in order to get a decent look at the roof - not something I've seen in a surveyor prior to now. While the surveyor who carried out our survey wasn't available to talk us through the report, we did speak at length with Alex, who took the time to answer our questions and ensure we were happy with the purchase.
Overall, a really good service from a company who clearly care a lot about the work they do.
