London & Kent Surveyors provided a great service. The surveyor was sick on the day we booked and I received a call in the morning to inform me and to arrange a new date. We received the report within 3 working days, which was very detailed with photos. Highly recommended

"Detailed survey and great service"

Alex from London & Kent performed the Level 2 Homebuyers survey for a property we were purchasing. He caught an issue with the roof that we were unfortunately unable to resolve with the seller, but means we were able to avoid purchasing a home that would lead to high maintenance costs and uncertainty of resale.

On our follow-up call Alex gave detailed and useful information and he later also wrote us an additional email to show the seller to support the discussions.

Ahead of the survey, London & Kent also sent us a surprisingly detailed desktop study on the property in question. I saw that some other surveyors were charging £150 for this study, but L&K gave it to us for free before we'd even agreed to use their services.
