"best price for a tonneau cover"

Purchased a tonneau cover from this site. Time from placing order to receiving cover was 1 DAY. This may have been due to it being drop shipped from ND and I live in MN. I have no complaint about the service I received.

"NEVER BUY FROM THESE JURKS"

The worst online buying experience ever. Bought a shock set for my truck but these people sent the wrong parts and I had to pay for their mistake and send them back. Then they sent another set of shocks, again wrong. Again I had to pay to send them back. I told them to jut forget it and cancel the order. I am still trying to get my credit from these thieves. NEVER BUY FROM THESE JURKS

"Terrible"

Shipped me the wrong item. I shipped it back and they said it would take 2 weeks to process the return after they receive it. If i wanted the correct item, I could buy it again and they would ship it asap. Long story short, they sent me the wrong item and it took well over a month to get my money back. Very difficult to deal with

"BEST PRICE, FAST SHIPPING"

Very pleased with 4-Wheel Online (4WO).
Price, product quality, and fast shipping all combined for a smooth excellent transaction.
Since they have much of their merchandise drop-shipped, there can be a slight delay between order placement and product delivery but in my case the wait was minimal (MagnaFlow Cat Back Exhaust for 2007 Tahoe). The product was $115 less than any of ten sources I compared. It was authentic, complete, and better than described! Free shipping too!
My experience wth 4WO was positive in every regard.
And no, I am NOT associated with 4WO in any way. Never have been, never will, just a very happy customer.

"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED !!!"

this company has serious problems ! worst service i've ever had ! i think there sould be a way to give a negitive star rating because even giving them 1 star is way to nice ! sent wrong product and then fought with me over the phone durning the return process , a manager named "ALBERT" refuse to let me speak to a boss and then bet me a thousand dollars that i would never get in touch with a boss ! i will tell you that i'd rather pay hundreds of dollars more for the exact same product from a different company just to avoid ever doing business with 4wheelonline ever again !

"Worse customer service ever!!!"

I place a order for a superchip and cold air intake on 16may2011. Since I live in Alaska I didn't qualify for the free next day air...which I can understand. But, I received a phone call asking if I wanted to pay the difference for the shipping to have my order shipped next day air. I agreed and paid the extra $65. I then received my superchip that Wednesday, but no cold air intake. When I asked them for a tracking number for the cold air intake, they simple gave me the tracking number for the superchip. They did that 3 times before I attempted to call them on Friday. After being on hold for almost 40 minutes, I finally got ahold of someone. The guy that I talked to said that they forgot the cold air intake and that he would make sure they would ship it that day for next day air. Now its the following Monday and I finally received my tracking number that I've been asking for, only to realize that they shipped it ground and I won't get it for a few more days. Can't believe I paid for next day air only to get it more than a week later!

"best price around, fast shipping, great deal"

well I have no problems with these guys...I ordered a cat back SS exhaust for my suburban, they were by far the best price around. I was a little worried after reading the bad reviews about them. I contacted them after 5 days to get shipping info and they wrote and said they'd get back to be, but they didn't have to the exhaust arrived 7 days after I ordered it. they are a dealer, the exhaust ships from a supplier, so don't blame them for any delays...everything was great on my end

"Great deal and Great service"

I'm currently deployed in Afghanistan and computer time around here is limited so I was taking a chance buying from these guys with the reviews they got. But I am a sucker for a great deal and this time it paid off like a champ. Got my wheels and tires shipped three days after ordering with little error. and when I get back the F-250 is gonna be ready for the mud.

When you talk to these guys over a phone it sounds like your talking to some gear heads and not businessmen. I dig it.

Will buy from these guys again. just make sure you enter your info right or you'll get caught up in the same snowball these other guys did.

Also check it out. Don't treat the dudes like sh!# over the phone, yeah you want your parts so be respectful but don't be a damned pushover. its pretty common sense stuff guys. Flip off the waiter and your gonna end up with a fly in your food.

Support the troops. (But mostly the Infantry!)

"One star is too many!!!"

They sent the wrong parts to begin with. They then charged my credit card (unbeknownst to me) for several additional parts and wanted me to pay for return shipping on the parts that they had erroneously sent me. After nearly one month of hassle I was able to get my money back and I finally was able to ship all of the wrongly sent merchandise back to them. Wait time to speak to someone on the phone is around 40 minutes. If they then place you on hold you will be stuck for an additional 40 to 50 minutes. This scenario happened to me repeatedly ( seven or eight times). They robbed me (started charging random things to my credit card) and then tried to tell me that it was my fault. I will never purchase from them again and would strongly discourage anyone else from purchasing anything from them. There are many other places that are as cheap if not cheaper.

"CANCELLED ORDER DELIVERED ANYWAY (MY mistake)"

We ordered a lift kit and then on the very next day cancelled the order.
Mistake I made was that I did not get a cancellation number or the name of the person I spoke with. So that was my mistake.
My part was delivered effeciently and on time and my account was charged.
I called to express my concern about all this and was transferred to Sharon Burkhart in customer service. It took about 1 1/2 weeks after I returned the unopened package at no cost to me and I was also not charged a restocking fee. My account was fully credited. shame on me for not getting a cancellation number and name, and I am pleased in the manner in which 4wheels on line handled my returning of this item and reimbursement to my account.
