"Garbage Policy!!!"
I purchased a product on Amazon; Camco RV levelers.
It was sent thru 4wheelonline.
I used the product once and it was damaged. Camco told me that the product was not made properly and they would help replace it. When I shipped it back to 4wheelonline, they would only refund 1/2 of the purchase price for "restocking fee" and added tax.
I will never buy from this company again!!!

"Customer Service Non-Existent"
Ordered Smittybilt Sure Step Replacement Pads 3 months ago and order is still processing. OK, I understand the are "Problems in the distribution chain" but I have been unable to contact 4WheelParts concernig the issue. The phone puts you on hold for 20 minutes before it give you an opportunity to leave a message which is a waste of time because they don't respond to the message. Tried the Corporate phone number and they couldn't help because it was a local issue.

Company is very harsh and misleading. Had many reason what we needed was not made anymore even when its on their website. The website states they have a location in Greensboro but they say it does not exist.

This place is a joke...the guy's a smart ass. was trying to explain my truck was already high lift and my wife has some difficulty stepping up so a lift kit that allows the wheels to fit be at the minimum and he thought that was hilarious. what an idiot. his wife, if he has one, must be taller than he is.

Plan was to purchase a wheel/tire package worth 3200$. I had a few simple questions regarding fitting. The guy who you speak with has horrible customer service. Be read for him to speak down to you and treat you as if you are 10. Then again I wouldn’t talk to a 10 year old the way he did to me. Decided that there is no way I will be purchasing from these guys. When I called back to report him, the lady answering internet sales said “we get a lot of complaints about him”. If one had a warranty issue - good luck, if you have to talk to this dude. Gathering he is not the owner because this dude doesn’t give a f—k about a customer.

"Guess some things NEVER CHANGE/ Bait $ Switch"
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AND/OR WEBSITE! I read reviews about exactly what just happened to me but said, “nah, that won’t happen to me….” WRONG!
Yesterday I went online to their site and ORDERED 4 Enkei rims. THEIR SITE had them listed at $152/ea. I added them to my “cart”, entered my info, CC, etc. TODAY I saw 2 missed calls from a FL # (no message left). On the 3rd call I picked up. A “CS Rep/ sales person” advised me that “they” (4wheel online) could not honor THEIR LISTED website price because they were JUST AVISED (today?????) that the “vendor” raised their prices so I’d have to pay an ADDITIONAL $17 p/rim. I asked for a Manager. I then spoke with Rob (mgr) whom basically regurgitated the same Q card written response. When asked why their site had them listed at $152, WHY they wouldn’t HONOR THEIR LISTED/ADVERTISED PRICE. He said they’re a VERY SMALL group, that they have thousands of listed items, that they don’t have the luxury of employing IT people to continual monitor THEIR LISTED PRODUCTS prices daily; it’s not until an order comes in do they “know” what they’re selling for. CRAZY, right? I then asked to know who the CEO of the company is so I could bring this deficiency to his/ her attention. Rob REFUSED to provide me with ANY additional management info saying, “I’m Rob. I’m the manager. If you have an issue, you can speak with me.” He then asked whether I was still going to “buy” the rims at the new “bait & switch” cost. I declined. He then, basically, said that our business was done and disconnected.
Be AWARE! If you order something from their site and the next day you see a FL # on your phone, be PREPARED for a price INCREASE. Lesson learned….it’s not always bad to buy from the “big chains”; at least they won’t/ don’t call later and CHANGE their LISTED/ADVERTISED costs!!! Very DISAPPOINTED!

Placed an order for n fab predator steps and was unsure if order went thru contacted 4 wheel and spoke with JP he assured me everything was a go and I recd them in less than 5 days. Needless to say I’m impressed from talking with JP and how quick there shipment was I will definitely keep these guys in mind for any future orders

"The customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!"
The customer service is absolutely horrible from them. I ordered from them through Amazon. I made a mistake with my address on my original order, and they would not help at all. I ended up ordering a second order from them, currently waiting on it to arrive. They have a terrible customer service department that will not help in the instance of a problem. I am currently waiting on my refund for my first order. Plenty of other options out there, order from a different company!

Why specify my vehicle in the garage if it doesnt filter the product list. I used to love this site but it is not easily navigated and filters don't work. Too bad. Great ppl to work with but the site is just frustrating.
