I was going to purchase a set of KC Hilites Apollo Pro from this company through their online store with Walmart. These lights are the 6" driving lights and were listed for $134.99 plus taxes and shipping, they were in stock and I placed my order as a after Christmas gift. Well this week they cancelled my order, stating that my address was incorrect?!?! When I went back in to check the item out again they have now raised the price to $153.99!!! So... my address wasn't wrong 4wheel online just realized their error and instead of doing the right thing and selling the item at the advertised price they just lied their way out of it. Guess who I'll never do business with ever!

I spoke with Alexander today and his parting words for me where “go f*** yourself” then hung up. I did not use any foul language with him, just expressed my unhappiness with being sold the wrong part and then not having the company do anything to correct this.

"They are extremely slow to refund your…"
They are extremely slow to refund your money. I ordered a wheel on 11/23, and someone called me on 11/24 to tell me that the wheel was out of stock at the manufacturer, so the order would be canceled. It is now 12/9 and I still haven't received a refund, so I emailed them. The response was that the upon verification that the order was canceled, the refund would be processed, but would take 3-4 days to be processed through my card. It sounds like someone on their end screwed up, never canceled the order, and now it will take 3 weeks to get a refund.

I ordered my hard to find rims through 4 wheel online, I worked with JP, who gave me amazing customer service. He was friendly and funny. Being in a customer based industry myself, I like calling a company and speaking with an actual person. I would definitely do business with them again!

"Buyer beware"
I ordered a set of vision wheels from them. The wheels came and two of them were damaged. One from shipping and one has a significant defect in the machine finish. During this time I decided to lower the car and needed a narrower wheel anyway. So I submitted a return request for the two damaged wheels and ordered two more. When I called to check the status of the return request, the guy I spoke to was incredibly rude. He was condescending and just talked over me. They gave me the runaround always telling me that the returns guy was out and to call back next week. When I finally talked to the returns person, he was nicer, but also didn’t help. They told me that fedex would be by to pick them up, but provided no time frame or documentation. So I was instructed to just leave them outside for FedEx to pick them up. After several days I called back and got the runaround again. They are either completely incompetent or intentionally deceitful. Either way, I regret doing business with them. As a business owner, I know that this sort of poor customer service is not how you succeed long term or grow your business.

Shipped me rotors that got damaged in transit, then claimed I installed them and tried to charge me a 50% restocking fee, for an item they claimed they now couldn't sell and must be destroyed. Why is there a restock fee on an item you can't sell? Hmm, suspicious. 4wheelparts should be avoided at all costs, they are literal THIEVES. They will steal your money if you have any issue with your items.
