"Bait and switch pricing"
I called 4wheelonline to confirm that they had a specific part in stock and that it was readily available to ship BEFORE I purchased the product (headers). The rep confirmed that multiple units were available and that the order would likely ship the following day..
I completed the purchase online and recieved an order confirmation..
I recieved a phone call the next morning explaining that they would have to charge me $100+ over what their website had the item priced at due to some BS about the distributor...
Oddly enough, the same product was readily available at the same (lower) price I had agreed to pay from many other retailers online.. as such I was forced to cancel my order and buy the item elsewhere...
Charging one price online and then jacking that price up over $100 more after purchase is dishonest business. If you can't afford to sell a product at the price it's listed on your website, then change your website... The bait and switch isn't honest business

"Great, but no “free shipping”"
All was well getting the mount and balance package and once the wheels finally made it to me they were great! They were very helpful in placing my order over the phone, although I wish they would’ve left a message because they apparently were trying to contact me for a few weeks. Free shipping is not the case though, I was charged from FedEx Freight for the liftgate fee (basically for taking it off the truck) and when I called 4wheel the agent was not aware of it. He came back on the line and said they don’t cover that and said its written somewhere on their website but after the call I couldn’t find anything about that on their shipping page. Either their website is confusing to navigate or it’s not there; in any case the shipping was not “free” unfortunately which is frustrating.

"Poor Customer Service"
Left a duplicate charge on my credit card for over a week. It took emails and phone calls every day during this period until they finally resolved it. Once I did get my wheels and tires I had a scratched wheel which I emailed them about multiple times and still have got no response.

"Won't stand behind product they sell!!"
Look out for these scammers, they sell under the Amazon store "4WheelOnline"!! What a joke customer service at this web store. They won't even follow the Amazon A to Z Guarantee, they want $$ more than anything. I have been going back and forth with them for a week about a misleading product title, they won't take back. Attached is a photo of what they sent is a direct replacement, as you can see it's the wrong part.

I ordered five wheels from 4wheelonline.com.
I ordered over the phone and the guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They repeated my order back to me along with verifying the vehicle info for positive fitment. They were able to provide tracking info after the tracking was set up. I couldn't ask for better service. Thanks guys!!

JP was great to work with and assisted me with picking wheels and tires for my Jeep. When my first choice was on back order, JP recommended several tire and wheel combinations that were similar to what I had originally wanted. Tire and wheels combo arrived in the promised timeframe and look great! I will definitely use 4wheelonline again in the future.
