"stay away from this company"
I ordered a winch which was never shipped. My credit card was charged immediately, but it took 6 weeks,2 BBB complaints and a credit card investigation to get my money back. Good luck trying to get in touch with "customer service" especially while you wait on hold paying long distance charges. You have been warned,do not ever ever ever order from these scoundrels. There are too many other good and reputable companies out there.

What a rip-off this company is. Wish I would have checked reviews first! These folks a criminals, and should be forced to seize doing business. How many people do they have to rip-off before they are shut down?
I ordered a "white" soft top for my Sidekick, and was sent a top for a samurai. I had to pay $16 to ship it back. They sent me a replacement, only in "black". They claim now, that the "white" top is not even available through them. Now, I have been told that I have to pay another $16 to ship this one back, and I'm sure I won't get my full credit for the original price. In total, I will have ended up paying at least $48 in shipping costs for absolutely NOTHING!

"sent wrong parts: ends up blamed the customer!"
I ordered fender flares.. took weeks to arrive, sent out to get painted adn then installed.. well 4 wheelonline sent the wrong parts: two are for an entirely different truck, and even those two entirely different parts had same part number on them: obviously wrong! when I wanted to return them, 4wheelonline said it was my fault because I did not check them.. they absolutely refused to even listen to the problem repeating over and over "its our policy not to accept returns past 30 days" (cute: just take 30 days to ship them!) rude, abusive, and hiding behind Policy: the people on the phone were terrible.. I have had problems with parts before (buy >$10K/parts a year!) but every vendor is better then these guys! avoid them! (These are plastic parts after all! cost more to ship than make!)

"Extremely bad company"
I have a extremely bad experince with the company, I ordered tires for a price and they rise the price after my credit card was charged, I have a receipt for the first price and they refused to send me the tires until I paid the higer price, after a I have been already billed. Rising the price after the sale is completed I think is ilegal. I will never buy from this company again and if you were smart you would not do it either. I tried to worked it out with service and all they can tell me is that they made a mistake in the price and that they can cancel my order and gave me my money back. A good company would take the lost because it was their mistake.

Do not do business with this place; they will try to rip you off. They have a C- almost a D rating on Better Business Bureau 56 customer complaints in the last three years, and now 57 with mine, a very bad track record with there customers service.
They will try to rip you off in any way they can. I Purchased shocks from this place 4wheelonline.com, I talked to a person name Joel who placed the order for me, we both communicated Rancho rs9000xl-All, a week later the wrong shocks arrive at my house, the wrong shocks a cheaper version $166.00 dollars cheaper Rancho rs5000xl-All, but they charged me the full price of what me and Joel communicated over the phone Rancho rs9000xl-All, and I didn’t even want these lower priced shocks.
I talked to a person by the name of Albert who is another conniving loser tried to get me to Pay more money in order to get these shocks exchanges for the original shocks that I already paid full price for, but sent me the cheaper one's and charged me for the more expensive ones, $166.00 dollars difference in price.
I think they sent the wrong ones on purpose thinking either I wouldn't complain or trying to get me to pay more money to get the shocks I already paid full price for. By inflating the price if I wanted this fixed. Wanting me to pay full retail price of the original shocks I ordered, in which would of been about another $70.00 dollars on top of price me and Joel communicated over the phone, in which I would of never ordered if they wanted that kind of money “ Extortion!!”
I called them up for a full refund and rudely being put on hold for long time in which they never answer the phone anyways, I decide I had enough of this and hung up. I thought to my self, I am dealing with a major fraudulent company here. I have learned my lesson. Any place I deal with now I check over the BBB and get reviews first, I hope you don't have to go through what I did, check around on the company’s reputation and check the BBB first before purchasing.
