"PCP claim"

PCP claim, passed on to them 18 months ago now, they called me once and said would maybe be another 6 months, then a year later i chased up, spoke to someone who said he was on the case took details blah blah, and here we are 18 months on and just a wall of silence really from day one, they are utterly usless. Do not use them, you will be wasting your time

Were efficient and apart from taking my statement handled everything else instructed counsel prepared papers for court and I received compensation.

I was unsure to follow up this claim because of the amount of scams that are around, but I’m so glad I did as I had a positive outcome with my case and had money returned from this claim with the service offered of no win no fee, so if you don’t expect to receive anything what ever you get from this is a bonus

After a year and a half of paperwork phone calls we arrive at the stage of taking mbna to court

After a 11k estimate of claim was put into the court things where looking promising

But once the court stage was nearing I kept receiving phone calls telling me it was in my interest to accept £100 or I would get nothing

I had phone call after phone call and email harassing me to accept £100.00 after clearly on multipule occasions I said no

Yes £100.00

Gemma told me if I did not accept I’d get nothing and she was trying to do me a favour

I asked her repeatedly if I accepted £100 how much would your company be entitled to ?

Gemma my request for how much your company is entitled to has still not been resolved

I opted against accepting £100 using high pressure tactics

What I real waste of time

I still have no idea what happend in my case if they solicitors have taken any money and give me nothing

If anyone reads this I’d love to know which body I complain to as this company seem incredibly flaky

Great that they sorted the whole process for me, but disappointing seeing the final bill where they claimed 2/3rds of the payout and I received 1/3
