Thank you for my cheque for £175. However, given the original claim was for the amount of £750, it is clear to why you wanted me to claim against Capital one!
You took £575 from this…really WTF!!

What made your experience great? The man behind the phone. He that is Paul. Ever since day 1 it has always been Paul that I’ve had the pleasure of talking to.

Always been clear and made sure I’ve understood everything from the start of the call to the end. The very first call last April I think it was about having a son this year in February. Every call since he has firstly remembered me but also asked for my son each and every time. Small gesture but well remembered and goes a long way.

Wether it be news or no real update still a call to let you know whilst there might not be progression as such that they’re still working and still there.

Paul really is a stand out guy in general but a real credit to the company and I hope this review finds the right people and that Paul gets some real recognition. Would be more than happy to answer any more questions.

"Scam artists PLEASE AVOID"

Scam artists, avoid!
Had an ongoing claim with them against MotoNovo for a number of years. Contact with them is impossible, call centre promised call backs and emails a number of times and I got nothing.
Had a date for court, took a day off work to attend. Waited 2 hours and eventually (after I called them) was told the court date was cancelled. Obviously couldn’t be bothered to let me know! I was asked to sign paperwork as my claim would be over the 10k mark. Was tricked into signing a minimum acceptable amount of £1800. I spoke with Ray who assured me this wasn’t the figure they would accept on and that no one would accept so little. His words were IF we accept the lowest, which we wouldn’t do, then there will also be interest on this to come. Absolute liars. I chased and chased them for correspondence regarding what was happening during the case and NEVER received an update. Nearly 2 years later I have a cheque for £960 after they’d taken nearly half in commission! Yes no win no fee is great, unless you win then the fee is 49%
No doubt the 10k they claimed for was mainly for their own pocket. Do the car finance claims yourself online. Don’t give your money to these people! Never have I been so stressed and upset. It’s easy to do yourself and you get 100% of YOUR MONEY! If this review stops even 1 person using these horrible liars then it’s worth it!

Trying to get my money out of this company for two years. They do not answer your calls, do not reply to emails, no updates, nothing. They are scamming us, they should be CLOSED DOWN, solicitors don't behave in this such manner. AVOID AVOID AVOID. CLOSE THIS COMPANY DOWN, imagine the heartbreaks they give people, FALSE HOPE. Every week I will write a review to get rid of this company. SCAM SCAM SCAM
