What an absolute joke of a solicitors, Making a claim for car finance, waited approximately 2.5yrs for a claim I was told 6 weeks, eventually had to take time off work to attend a court hearing 20 miles from my home where a CRS person would meet me to discuss and give me my much needed information,Only to be told it was a Zoom meeting from home that nobody bothered to inform me and then got ripped apart by the jury, Case DISMISSED , Do yourself a favour and give CRS a good ignoring to, A very unprofessional outfit, AVOID!!!!

Have had no issues at all. My claim has been ongoing for a prolonged period of time, but I have always been kept in contact with frequently via email and phone calls. My claim had been submitted to court and I attended. They sent down a solicitor called Esmaeil to meet me and represent my claim. Esmaeil was fantastic, I can not fault him. He was a generally lovely welcoming person, and you could see he was confident a knowledgeable. Please pass on thanks to him. I have also had various conversations with Amir & Khosi, both great also. "I have received a letter today…"

I have received a letter today threatening me with costs of £1500, if I do not respond to the letter I’ve received.
I’ve told these people I do not want to follow up with any claim I may have made as I do not remember asking for ppi refund.
This letter has made me feel ill, I’ve suffered one stroke and I can do without this stress.
I’m in my 70s and disabled.
Why won’t they leave me alone?
I don’t want anything to do with them and I have told them so on numerous occasions but they keep coming at me.
The letter I’ve received today is intimidating and threatening.i feel I am being harassed by this firm, I have to seek professional advice today but as I cannot get out due to disability I’m already at a disadvantage.
Please don’t have anything to do with these people, they’ve made me so ill.

UPDATE- thank you for your reply. I will contact you asap. Hopefully, you will be able to help me with this issue.

Harassing emails attempting me to sign a form of authority regarding an ongoing claim I have with close brothers. I have never instructed them at any point to take this claim on do not even sure how they have the details..?
Be very wary of this firm!
