"Great service and product"

Great service from the support team and a very easy to use product allowing you to use with both the mobile app, online and Outlook. Love the prevent feature as this really has saved me on a few occassions and i feel so much better for my emails being sent securely especially in this day and age - highly recommend!

"Nightmare for patients"

What a nightmare avoid gps who use this service. It’s a complete nightmare and why should information be centralised... problems occur with link and setting up to access the vital private information. If you have problems still accessing it once you have set up it states information hasn’t loaded even weeks after it’s a joke and a information gathering system outside nhs. Absolutely wrong. We should have an option to opt out of this.

To read an email from my local council requires me to hand over copious amounts of my data to a 3rd party.
Never going to happen and when I explained this by raising a ticket they marked it as "solved".
Laughable and embarrassing

"Egress - too complicated, flakey, unusable"

Well my healthcare provider sent me an appointment e-mail using Egress. Of course you have to sign up to Egress (in less than a minute!) and then you enter some long message code from the original e-mail (easy enough using cut and paste) and hey presto! you get another error message saying "The package is unavailable at the moment". Not impressed!

"Rubbish software"

Rubbish software. Very clunky web mail and you will nightmare if you have forgotten your password / security information. BTW how banks are managing without egress if this is such a high grade encryption software. Egress this is not how mail encryption which has total disregard for usability.

"Absolute rubbish"

Absolute rubbish! Clearly some providers have been dubbed into buying into the system without thinking how email actually works and that it is meant to be easy.
I have no desire of setting up yet another account with a clunky webmail service just to be able to communicate with my healthcare provider. The whole thing gets particularly difficult because they send encrypted communications to a work email and I cannot simply forward it to my personal account.

Egress, you think you have solved something - you haven't. The service you provide is a waste of time.

The outlook integration has made it super easy to send encrypted emails. The prompts have been really useful to stop sending emails to the wrong people too!
