"The worst software ever!"

This is the worst software I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been using a Mac for over 25 years and know my stuff. There’s no software for a Mac, just iOS for use on iPad and iPhone. Have downloaded the iOS app and tried to login to my account. You can’t! It says you need a school or work account email, not a personal one! Not got either! Initially I received an email from Cafcass via this software, couldn’t respond on iPhone. Opened email up on Mac, eventually managed to respond after an hour messing about and trying to work out how to compose a reply and send message. In my opinion, the worst laid out and most user unfriendly software, I’ve ever encountered. How this has been approved by a government body for use, I just don’t know. Have just mentioned it to my partner, and it seems she has to use it at work, in a private hospital. She advised that everyone complains about Egress, from patients, nurses, doctors, consultants etc., basically everyone up to CEO level. You’ve been warned, it’ll drive you up the wall! 😡

"Terrible support service"

Terrible support service. Very careless and least supportive. My hand is tied as my health professional uses this. I have been sending and responding emails for the last week to access my account and the password reset is a Herculean task to convince them.
